Full Agent Bio
Janet grew up in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch Country. Along with her husband, she established and operated a garden center. It flourished into a successful company before it was purchased by a commercial developer. Shortly after this, Janet was involved in a serious vehicle accident, and was told she might never walk again, let alone be able to pursue her passion for running. Thankfully Janet beat the odds and returned to running, and since then has completed three full marathons. She went on to work as an author and speaker, using her recovery story as a catalyst to inspire others. Her memoir, Because I Can, is available on Amazon.
Over the past decade, Janet has transitioned her passions into real estate in two ways -alongside her husband as they purchase homes to remodel and resell, and as a Realtor®, which is an excellent fit for Janet with her love of both houses and people. Janet makes it a practice to continually educate herself on being the best Realtor® she can be.
Janet believes in actively helping her community and donates a portion from the sale of every home to the MSC Foundation, which issues grants to local non-profit organizations. She also enjoys attending many of the great local events and festivals this area offers.
With a waterfront home of her own, Janet and her husband enjoy spending time on their boat to relax or to show properties to buyers and sellers via our region’s sparkling waterways. Janet starts and ends many days with a beach walk while watching our gorgeous sunrises and sunsets (which you can see on her Facebook page). Janet is rejuvenated by quiet evenings reading a book poolside or over a good meal with friends.

If you are looking for am extremely flexible and fast communicator, Janet is it! We had very good communication with Janet prior to our move but boy did she pull out all the stops once we arrived!!! She responded to my 6:30am texts when we found a house that went on the market! Now that is service! No problem seeing houses on the same day and returning later on in the day for a second showing.
